What you need to be legally compliant with the Work Health and Safety Act (2011) Qld.

Navigating compliance can be tricky – but we’ll get it sorted for you.

Section 315K of the Work Health and Safety Act (2011) Qld specifies the requirements when using gantry as a control measure. We guarantee that our gantry is fully compliant with all aspects of the Act, including;

  • Being engineered to withstand a downward force of at least 10kPa,
  • Have handrails for live edge protection, at least .900 high,
  • Be set at a minimum of 2.200 high, or 4.800 high for high vehicle bays,
  • Be waterproof and dustproof.

After installation we will request a third-party engineer attend your site and inspect the gantry. Upon doing so, they will certify that the gantry is compliant to the Work Health and Safety Act.
